What She Will by Jane Jones, based on the works of William Shakespeare was performed at the Brideswell Theatre in Blackfriars in March 2015.

Through the eyes of his wife, Ann Hathaway, 'What She Will' tells the story of the women who influenced William Shakespeare, with scenes from a wide range of his plays brought to life by an ensemble cast.

We had four performances, all sold out and we thought it would be fun to reunite and play all the original music from the play.

Jonah Maddox, Lee Cooper and Joanna Gill have written original music to Shakespeare's beautiful lyrics, the style is contemporary folk with traditional touches, played on an irish bouzouki, acoustic guitar and fiddle. The songs will be interspersed with cast from the play reading Shakespeare sonnets or sections from the play.
